In This Role, you’ll
  • Lead ASB Investigations — Partner with Housing Officers to resolve ASB issues, delivering a supportive and responsive service.
  • Collaborate with Key Partners — Build essential relationships with police and local authorities for effective community safety solutions.
  • Support and Advocate for Residents — Conduct risk assessments and ensure support for vulnerable residents.
  • Prepare for Legal Actions — Gather evidence, take witness statements, and represent us in legal proceedings to drive positive outcomes.
Who You Are:
  • Knowledgeable in ASB legislation and experienced in case management
  • An excellent communicator with a talent for building relationships
  • Detail-oriented, resilient, and proactive in challenging situations
