In this key leadership role, you will oversee property services and maintenance across their Southwest portfolio, ensuring customer-focused, cost-effective, and safe service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a large multi-disciplinary team, including in-house staff and external contractors.
- Oversee significant budgets, ensuring compliance with financial procedures and value for money.
- Drive improvement programs, ensuring they meet performance targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, aligning efforts with corporate objectives.
