About the Association
We are working exclusively with a specialised housing association that holds family and community values at it's heart, they are a dynamic and growing association that currently manage just under 1000 properties predominantly across North London.
The associations portfolio includes quality affordable housing for rent and shared ownership, retirement living and care schemes. Many of the family’s this association support are large and it's communities are constantly growing, because of this they are committed to expansion in a financially viable fashion to ensure properties are managed and maintained to a high standard over rapid growth.
Alongside a commitment to key objectives for providing good quality homes, affordability and safety are top of the agenda, the average EPC rating for properties is a Band B with many retrofit and energy efficiency programmes in place to achieve net zero goals. The association have also delivered a number of Building Safety remediation programmes along with a detailed overhaul of it's stock data, I.T Systems and have positioned themselves well in relation to statutory compliance.

Following heavy investment in it's stock data, compliance and inspection regime and asset data systems to manage this information you will be coming into a accurate and detailed picture of the association, with all the relevant information available to you to be an effective leader for Property Services/Asset Management

The successful Director of Property Services will possess:
  • Excellent knowledge and experience of building safety, landlord compliance and energy performance
  • A track record of success of a complex technical area, translating vision into a deliverable programme within a challenging and dynamic environment
  • The ability to work effectively under pressure and to manage both long and short term workstreams and priorities.
  • Proven experience of building, leading, managing and motivating teams both directly and indirectly.
  • Experience working closely with non-executive board members and Executive Teams
