We are working exclusively with a well-established consultancy providing services across the built environment from Fire Engineering, External Wall Surveys, Fire Risk and Building Services. The organisation are committed to supporting individuals with support for professional memberships, further qualifications and ongoing CPD to ensure they continue to have a team of highly accomplished professionals across all disciplines.
The main purpose of this role is to support the Associate Director in providing an industry leading service to a wide range of clients, these include household brands, manufacturing, landmark developments, retail, hotels, care and residential property to name a few key industries. This role will play a key part in supporting with PAS9980 appraisals and working with the wider team on External Wall Surveys in addition to other specialised services.

The ideal Fire Engineering Consultant will have:
- A degree in Surveying, Engineering, Fire Engineering or equivalent level qualification.
- Be a Chartered Member of a recognised industry body, RICS, IFE, CIOB, CABE etc.
- Understanding of External Wall Surveys and External Wall Systems, PAS9980 and appropriate approved documents.
- Full driving license and access to a vehicle for work essential.
