This position offers an excellent opportunity for a Fire Risk Assessor looking to progress within the residential sector and work with an established team. The role will work across a wide range of property types from HMO's, care facilities, supported schemes, low rise, mid rise and high rise to name a few.

You will also be supported by a Senior Fire Risk Assessor that can provide mentorship and support. The association also offer complete autonomy to plan your work schedule and achieving the programme of FRA's, giving good flexibility.

As the Fire Risk Assessor, your responsibilities will include:
  • Travelling within the company’s property stock and conducting FRA’s on a wide range of property’s.
  • Developing and implementing fire risk assessment software.
  • Mentoring and developing internal safety teams to better understand fire safety.
  • Assist with site inspections from local fire authority’s.
  
The ideal Fire Risk Assessor will:
  • Hold a NEBOSH Fire Certificate or Level 3 Fire Risk Assessment Qualification.
  • Possess thorough and up-to-date knowledge of fire safety legislation and best practice.
  • Experience carrying out a FRA’s.
  • Be able to manage their own diary and workload.
  
In return, the successful Fire Risk Assessor will be given full funding for various qualifications, a starting salary of £50,000.
