Social Housing Recruitment have the privilege of partnering with a leading Housing provider in the search for a dedicated Housing Officer that will play a key part in delivering exemplary housing management services to their residents while operating across Hertfordshire and surrounding regions.Key responsibilities of the role:
- Provide effective support to residents, addressing service requests and complaints promptly.
- Manage tenancy agreements and conduct timely reviews.
- Collaborate with the Income Recovery team to assist residents with rent arrears and budgeting.
- Address tenancy breaches, including Anti-Social Behaviour, and represent the organisation in court when required.
- Maintain accurate records and facilitate resident involvement in housing management.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to customer service.
- Knowledge of housing legislation and best practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively with residents and external agencies.
- Previous exposure to housing management
