Occupational Health and Well-being Advisor – £40,000 – £43,500
Principal People are working with an established multi-disciplinary organisation who are lookign to move from strength to strenght, this is a newly created role to support the expanding organisation’s provision of occupational health working alongside the wider Health, Safety and Wellbeing team. The role will have the autonomy to manage their own workload and diary with occasional home working available once established within the role.
Working alongside the external occupational health provider you will play a key role in the development and implementation of an occupational health strategy based on referrals to identify and support the wider safety team and operational managers to reduce work related health hazards.
