Established in 2017, our roots in Social Housing follow our founding company, Principal People (the UK's leading Health, Safety, Environment and Sustainability recruitment business) which began working within the Social Housing industry in 1986.
We work across a wide variety of sectors within Social Housing and have a team of dedicated Consultants each who are assigned specific areas of focus, to allow them to be become specialists within their own individual markets.
We have extensive experience and a proven track record of offering tailored solutions for both permanent, contract/interim and temp to perm requirements.
Our far reach, deep specialism and established presence in the Social Housing community enables us to successfully support Housing providers with the recruitment of all levels within their organisation from Executive Director and board appointments through to operational staff.

Safety4Good
The purpose of Safety4Good is to raise the positive profile of the significant proactive and preventative work that Health & Safety professionals do to protect and serve their communities and colleagues. Plant A Tree Campaign
Social Housing Recruitment supports a set of core values relating to the UN Global Compact. We are committed to protecting the environment and reducing our carbon footprint. As a part of this, we are apart of the “Plant a tree campaign” - we commit ourselves to continue to plant a tree for each assignment we complete.
Our group has been planted 65,262 trees since 2016.
